Why Eventully exists
UW has 1231 registered student organizations. That's the good news. The bad news is that finding yours means scrolling an alphabetical list longer than a CSE lecture. Most students give up somewhere around the D's.
Eventully asks you three questions — what you're into, what you study, and how much time you actually have — then scores every club in the directory against your answers. You get a ranked shortlist with the reasoning shown, not a black box.
For club officers
Every registered UW club already has a page here. If you run one, claim it: you'll be able to rewrite your description, add your links and meeting times, and post events that students can RSVP to — with live capacity counts, a calendar-export button, and an attendee list only you can see. Claims are reviewed by hand to keep listings legitimate.
Claim your clubThe fine print
- Registration requires a .edu email address.
- The directory is built from UW's public list of registered student organizations.
- Eventully is an independent student project — not officially affiliated with the University of Washington.
- Something wrong with a listing? A claim to dispute? Reach out and we'll fix it.
