What Eventully collects
We store the information needed to run the product: your name, email, password hash, club preferences, club memberships, saved clubs, RSVPs, officer claims, club messages, and officer-created listing/event content.
Who can see what
Club officers can see attendee names and emails for events they manage. Club messages are visible to members of that club, approved club officers, and site admins for support and safety.
How we use it
We use your information to recommend clubs, run RSVPs, review officer claims, deliver account emails, and help clubs communicate with their members. We do not sell student data.
Account and data requests
Contact the Eventully admin to request account deletion, a correction, or help with a club ownership dispute. Deleted messages may be retained in the database for safety review but are hidden from normal views.
